What I Can’t Wait To Wear + Shopbop’s Sale

Popping in to share one of my favorite sales and some of the things I’m excited to wear once the weather warms up for good here in Chicago!the best totes for spring on sale right nowI always get excited when Shopbop’s buy more, save more sale rolls around as it’s a great time to make the bulk of my clothing purchases for the season ahead. When you use code EVENT19 at checkout, you’ll get 25% off orders over $500 and 20% off orders under $500 through tomorrow night! I like to check their new arrivals first (and pretty much stalk these daily, if I’m being honest) and then move on to my favorite designers/brands from there.

It’s apparent from this round-up that I have tote bags on my brain. I took inventory of the ones I’ve been carrying around over the last few years and they’re all looking a little worse for wear! My favorite of them all is quite literally unraveling at the seams from days at the beach, long weekends away, and everything in between.

I thought I’d break down how I plan to wear some of these pieces and hopefully it inspires you to think about how you can mix-and-match them with similar items you already own!

It’s never too soon to start planning outfits for Lolla, right? Right. I love the colors that make up this crop top and it would be perfect with a pair of white high rise jean shorts and the best white leather sneakers. I ordered a pair of these black button up jean shorts from Madewell after realizing I don’t have anything like them in my closet. They’ll be super easy to throw on and go, much like my black skinnies I wear all winter long.

My birthday is in July and I picked up this little black dress to wear with a pair of block heels for a night out with the girls! I also scooped up this navy animal print dress (which ended up only being $50 after the sale code) and plan to dress it up with heels for special occasions and wear it with white sneakers for a more laid back look. Both outfits would look great with my favorite clear hand tote and I love the idea of tying a bandana around the handle for a little something extra! The message on this one says, “Be Kind.” 🙂

This white dress and tote bag could be worn for so many different things. Weekends at the lake/pool/beach, a day date on the patio, or backyard parties. They’re both super versatile items, which is something I like to think about before I make a purchase!

This sleep shirt and short set looks super similar to the Eberjey pajamas I’ve shared here before, but at a little better price point.

I came home to this daily journal and immediately ordered it for a few of my friends – it’s a good one! And at $10, it’s a cheap form of therapy. 😉

And because I can never say enough good things about these over-the-knee suede boots, I have to include them again. Even though we aren’t shopping for winter and they’ll sit in the closet for several months, buying them at 25% off is worth it.

I always love hearing what you end up buying/loving, so do share!

I included a few more items in the second widget below, so be sure to scroll through there, too.
