My Wish List

This round-up of gift ideas was so much fun to put together! Some of them are pieces I’ve been coveting for a while now and others fall on the more practical side.christmas wish listI know the majority of you said you don’t start your Christmas shopping until after Black Friday, but Santa said she already started, so I thought it’d be in my best interest to get my wish list up now. 😉

You all know my extreme dislike for “real” bras, but that’s not to say I don’t like pretty little things. I can’t get enough of the ruffles and ties on this one – so feminine and different than anything else I have! It would be the perfect thing to wear under camisoles this holiday season, too.

I have this positively heinous hair towel I’ve had since college and one would think seeing the tattered thing hanging on the doorknob of my bathroom every day would trigger me to invest in a new one, but here we are. I’ve seen so many people rave about this hair towel that cuts down on drying time and for someone who loathes the entire process of getting ready, I’m dying to try it for myself! I noticed after I put this collage together that it also comes in white which feels very spa-like.

This plaid coat is so chic (I tend to find that J. Crew coats run a little big..I have the chateau parka in a size 2) and then I saw they came out with the same style in tweed and I think I might love it even more.

I haven’t worn hoop earrings in years and I’m looking to change that with this gold pair from BaubleBar. They’d make the perfect gift for your girlfriends as they’d go with anything and everything and won’t break the bank!

I’ve never been into Chanel or some of the other big name handbag designers and have only ever owned my little Louis Vuitton coin pouch. I really want to invest in a nice handbag though. I’d been doing extensive research and hadn’t found anything I was absolutely sold on until I discovered Mansur Gavriel and this gorgeous lady bag. I even popped into Nordstrom the other day to get a look at it in person! So perfect in every way.

The You Are a Badass calendar would make the perfect gift for your co-workers! As would Jen’s books. Santa, if you’re reading this, you can skip this one as I had a little treat yourself moment over the weekend. 😉

…same goes for the booty band seen here. Hannah Bronfman swears by these and I can’t wait to start incorporating a little extra booty work to my routine this winter. The band itself actually lists out a quick sequence of moves! It’s perfect for the girl-on-the-go who loves her sweat sessions, as is this set from Tone It Up!

I don’t think you can ever own too many cable-knit pom hats, especially if you’re like me and do a lot of walking outside in the cold winter months. This one is the perfect color to dress up for day/night and would also be great to throw on before making your way to a workout class.

On a beauty-related note, I love Herbivore’s blue tansy mask and these peel pads are holy grail! I also want these eye masks (they’re a little festive all on their own, aren’t they?) and the Elemis face wash. I don’t think you can ever go wrong gifting someone a really good beauty product they might not indulge in for themselves!

I was borderline devastated when my Maya Brenner necklace broke and went missing a few months back. I never took it off (even to shower!) and I’ve felt like a little part of me has been missing without my little Z ever since.

My friend Mary-Katherine created the cutest collage of photos in this frame and I want to take some of my stack of instax minis and do the same!

Another thing you can never have too many of when you live in a city where winter lasts for-ev-er? Sweaters. I know a lot of you are shopping in the $50 – $100 price range for a variety of different people and this is just the thing!

I finally pulled the trigger on a new pair of training shoes and think I finally found a pair of running shoes I’d like to replace the pair I currently have that have seen far better days.

While a Brita pitcher might not seem that exciting, there’s nothing like a glass of fresh, filtered water. I threw mine out and need a new one. 🙂

I have those adidas Ultraboost shoes & they are my favorite! I’m on my third pair 🙂

Since they’ve been around for a couple years, I recommend looking for them on Running Warehouse — I found them for 40% this summer!
