My Twitter feed is littered with that four letter hashtag we all know and love – #TGIF. Confirmation that I’ve almost made it to the weekend, somehow.

We’re heading to Dallas to visit my Dad’s side of the family (hey, Nannie!), decompress poolside and spend some (long overdue) time together. Anything we must eat/drink/do while we’re there?!

While I won’t be taking advantage of my fall wardrobe just yet (it’s supposed to be in the 100s!), I’m excited to soak up the last bit of summer before I hunker down and get back to the grind.
