Bright & Cheery

Hey guys, I’m still here! And let it be known that it pained me not to get a post up earlier this week. Between work (where I’m still getting the hang of things), the start of half marathon training, the mundane tasks of everyday life (I’m looking at you, laundry) and that evil necessity we call sleep, I fell behind. Instead of spreading myself even more thin, I decided to let it be and remove the self-inflicted pressure.

To bring some cheer to your Thursday, I created a few brightly colored roundups of things that have been on my radar as of late! I won’t be here tomorrow for Weekly Rounds but I’m going to try my hardest to get things back to regular scheduled programming next Monday.

The Minnie & Emma x Lemon Stripes iPhone case collection is perfect for summer or those days when you need a little pick-me-up in the form of eye candy. The only real issue I see has to do with the fact that I want them all. 😉

SHOP THE LINE:

BaubleBar is celebrating Christmas in July which means now is the time to snag those pieces you’ve had your eye on all summer long. Use code XMASINJULY for 30% off your order!

SHOP THE JEWELS:

I was casually perusing the Ashley Brooke Designs site yesterday (you know, innocently looking for a new notebook) and I realized I need more than a place to jot down my ideas. I also need a water bottle, a tumbler for my desk and everything else in her shop!

SHOP MY PICKS:

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is still going strong. For all of you procrastinators out there – it ends this weekend – don’t say I didn’t warn ya! I give the stamp of approval on the parka and flats I picked up.

SHOP MY PICKS:

How has your week been? Is anyone else in utter shock that we are going to be ushering in August over the weekend?!

What a fun round up! I love all of the bright and cheerful colors! And girl, I am totally with you on removing self-inflicted pressure. Doing what you need to do to maintain balance is worth it. New jobs take a bit to get the hang of! And laundry is forever on my to-do list too. You’re not alone. 🙂
