Last Thursday I got together with a group of gals who all hit it off at Go Blog Social back in April. We decided it was high time for a reunion so we met up at the KC Garment District for some champs and shopping – the perfect way to spend an evening!

We had a great time sipping champagne (our bow-tied bartender was too much fun), shopping and catching up. After a brief fashion show, a few of the girls left with some great additions to their summer wardrobe. How great does Shanley look in this black and white striped skirt?! Killer.
We rounded out the evening with some wining and dining on the patio at The Jacobson. Their Macaroni Gratin was to die for and their summery drinks were the perfect accompaniment! I taste tested both the Summer of 75 and the Pocket Square (pictured below) and then proceeded to laugh until my cheeks hurt. Again, not a bad way to spend an spring evening.
I’m so thankful to know so many genuine ladies that share the same love for blogging that I’ve found over the past year. They inspire me each and every day!
I’m really looking forward to the next time we can all get together. Hopefully sooner rather than later. We passed the cutest outdoor patio area while we we’re leaving and I think it would be the perfect spot for round two, wouldn’t you say?

Looks like you girls had a positively awesome time! Meeting cool new chicks was the best part of GBS, hands down! BTW-that grapefruit drink looks delish.
