Spiked Sparkling Cranberry Punch.

This weekend we ventured back to Topeka for an ugly Christmas sweater party. I kicked things up a notch this year and decided to dress myself as a Christmas tree. I made it about two hours before I decided it was time to ditch the itch and relax in my turtleneck and cardigan.

Our wonderful hosts served up a delish Spiked Sparkling Cranberry Punch and I’m bringing you the recipe. She altered this recipe slightly and it ended up being the perfect holiday drink for a wintry night in with friends.

Ingredients:
6 cups cranberry juice, chilled
1 1/2 cups orange juice, chilled
1 cup pineapple juice, chilled
3 cups ginger ale, chilled (I also think it would be great with 7UP or Sprite)
1 orange, cut into slices
1 cup cranberries
3/4 a liter of vodka (or less, depending on how boozy you plan to get)
Ice cubes

Prep:
Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl or pitcher (I really like the shape of this one and this bowl could double as a punch holder when it isn’t on salad duty)
Serve over ice
Drink up!

Spiked Sparkling Cranberry Punch

Whip this up for your holiday party with friends, or spice up Christmas dinner and let the fun begin!

p/s There is still time to enter the giveaway for your chance to win a $200 Amazon gift card. Time is of the essence my friends.
